it's all good as long as your honest which way you choose to go
and when you bid out to get the contract don't be a sleezball and underbid then pass it on to your techs...it's your fault and problem if you have to steal from the techs in order to give yourself enough to live off of
just make sure at the end of the day you can make payrole( and have 6months in advance)
make that payrolle FAIR and not in the dirt
treat your guys well -don't bs them
break down the contract strategicaly( don't leave anything out) that way you'r covered if the mso tries to hose you and ask for more than agree'd on
don't kiss their ass and thing they will remember- they will take what they can!
bottom line you are honest to your guys pay on time or early and strive to get them more money for their hard earned work....you will never have issues with your guys ...it will only be getting the mso to continue to feed you(cover your but bycontacting other mso's continually to cover the slow times)
