shirts on a pole is against all company policies as far as i know.it is against mine as well as the prime here.it is against OSHA standard..as well as NESC.....however i see no prob with it i have done tons of work outside the usa and i never wear pants but here in country i do ..IT'S THE LAW just like i hate my helmet and my seatbelt
