Ok... maybe paranoia is setting in and I am getting worked up about contractor vs employee... but I don't get it....
One of my installers is leaving to work for a splicer in OK.... says he is going to make $4k per week. Says contract status and he is not responsible for carrying WC insurance. Says prime is supplying bucket truck, tools, meters, hotel and gas.....
I don't know.... sounds like employee to me.... how are they getting away with it?
