Yeah, it's a mess! Very frustrating!
Orius had paid us, but the Trustee is now coming after us for $25,000 for payments within 90 days of the filing citing preferential payments. We're using the ordinary course of business defense, but we're not happy with the way our current lawyer is performing. Hard to find one we like & trust from here. Fortunately this happened after Bush signed a new bill helping protect small businesses in 2005.
