When it comes to Fiber Splicing OJT is the only way we go, even if we hire "experienced" Techs we still do a 2 week OJT evaluation b4 cutting them loose. With things the way they are now we have 2-3 Techs in training all the time. For the first time in awhile we have got to the point of turning work down.
