go with the 3 percent. It is 4000 a year and you have to go through the state of Arizona to get it. And it doesn't happen in a day or 2. The 4000 is only for about 36000 in coverage they will want tax returns or profit and loss statements the next year. 10 bucks and some change per hundred dollars made if you are in a bucket one time on the job. If you made 100,000 your workman's comp would cost 10,000 for a year....f- that. at 3 percent it is 3 grand a year....
