Re: FTTH environment

Thank you for the answer.
But i need something more deep if it is possible. I am in country where the data networks are not fully developed so it is no need to put an ONU in a house. We think that for our network it is convenient to put an ONU with 2/ 4 Eth interface and after them hubs to give internet, but in this case anybody can stole an MAC address from an neighbor clone it an access to the network. Can I do MAC filtering without be necessary to exchange the hubs with managed switches? (which is a expensive solution)
MAC filtering is usable because you can limit the thief's area.
By the way you know somebody that use PBN EPON FTTH solution?

Best regards,
George.
