The usual questions come to mind.
What part of the country?
What types of soil are you going to run into?
Back yard front yard?
What level of restoration? Is that an extra?
Will they test for compaction on the refill?
Do you know what your production rates will be under each soil type by method? Do you know your costs to get those rates?
Are you renting, leasing or buying equipment (NEW OR USED)
