Very-Very true, I know of a contractor that has 16 (across the border laborers) Pays them to hand dig $1.00 LFT-they do around 3000ft day. He says it's clean-no punch list-better than machine.
Puts them up in motel room 4/per room.
The problem is not only with him operating in this manner, it's also the cable MSO-letting him do it.
This is why labor rates are low, I have no problem with a man wanting to work and help his family. It's not the illegal worker causing the problem, it's the companies, corporation hiring them.
They should at least have work permit-pay taxes like every other Legal worker. It's the Companies making a profit off the sweat of the laboers. No one wins here !! @@#@Q6@*@&*#(*@&
