I have arrangements with local retailers. When I get a sale(always from previous customer referral), I run it through them. I take a little less for the sale, but I get the install at great rates and use the sale commission as a bird dog fee to my customers. Everybody makes money. I am reluctant to send my sales out of my vicinity as I know where the retailers live to get my money. I also don't want my customers to wait for eq delivery. By staying local, I can pickup eq and get them installed within 48 hrs.
