Splicers needed for newbuild in Minnesota

We are looking for splicers in Minnesota for a 400 mile new build CATV plant. There is 51% underground. The overhead is 10% easement and 90% bucket accessable. Cable is all .540 & .860 QR. The worst of the winter has now passed. Good money for a man with tools and bucket. Climbers are also welcome.
