Re: Who's the customer

I am a sub , not in the installer aspect but more technical. But regardless there are things that I do on the job that goes above and beyond the call of duty, only because I want the job to be done right. I might not agree with what I'm asked to do but its my job to do the job right because thats what the prime ( who is paying me) asked me to do. It happens on every job that there are hidden factors that pop up after you start the work. Oh by the way this has to be done or that has to take place, I've learn to accept it and do it without complaining. I also found out that the prime will treat you with more respect and throw you a bone now and then. Just my 2 cents.
