This guy is a dreamer, I don't think congress could organize a trip to the toilet, energy policy? congress is why we do not have a energy policy. Hell!! they passed a law outlawing incandescent light bulbs by 2014 for god's sake and replaced it with a toxic one from who else? china. Please lets just do away with the bastards
