How many sub-contractors have worked for a "Prime" where they did not treat you like an employee?
How many subs have actually had a prime pay for a change order on a "installation contract" and not expect you to eat the cost for thier change?
How many subs actually work for a Prime Install Owner where they keep thier hands off your business and don't dictate to you on how you run your business?
There's nothing wrong with providing superior customer service. Nothing wrong with treating the customer with respect, dignity, and providing a sense of value.
But I know that most of us just won't do it for FREE: Even though the customer wants us to.
