Sounds pretty reasonable,
However, as an example, the last time I was ..you know.....requested..to wait until after dark to do an installation and I asked who was going to pay for the four hours in the driveway I was reminded that the company was my customer. Sort of.....but then the guy who couldn't get his ass home for a FREE installation acted like a customer also.
No, I didn't wait. No I don't work for that customer anymore. The guy who owned the driveway was not my customer.
I can't imagine anyone leaving his home zip code for the money offered.
