The "key" word is "contract"! Not "Prime"! Not "Sub"! "Contract"! Anything other than that "contract" is pure B.S.! If it takes a court of law to do biz with you, it's way beyond time to move on! A contract , in a court of law, only exists when it's of "mutual" benefit to "both" parties! Not a document to ensure "cheap" labor! Why would "Union" be your concern if you "contract" out your "contract"? Seems "most" of the squawkin' on the subject is being done by those that have no understanding of "contract" law! I.m talkin' both sides of the fence! Judges would be rollin' on the floor with your "speech"! Just my "dumb a..ed" opinion!
