If you are a Prime Contract Owner and the MSO is dictating to you that your employees and sub-contractors MUST wear the MSO uniform, clock in and out at thier offices, MUST use thier exact tools, and give you no options on how many routes you pull for your teams OR don't give you any options on raising or reducing your routes for your teams ........ then I can only conclude:
#1 - You are NOT a prime contract owner.
#2 - If you are a prime contract owner: Your ability to reason properly and decision processes are fouled up.
#3 - If the aboved mentioned issues were brought up AFTER you signed the contract with the MSO...... You forgot to tear up the contract and tell that MSO to go get stuffed.
