ugly...the primes worm out because the "tech" doesn't take the correct action...the tech calls the primes, uses bad talk, makes treats, then doesn't do anything else. Each tech that doesn't get their money, should take the prime to court, the tech doesn't need a lawyer to do so, matter of fact, it will cost you less than $100 in most counties to file the cival suit. When you have a prime that is in the habit of not paying, that county is going to take notice of the prime. That is the last thing the prime wants. Also, the prime in most cases is going to get him a big lawyer, ultimately, the prime will see that it is cheaper to settle with you than to pay his lawyer and also his time he will have to spend in court.
