Tammy, you are going through a very traumatic time in your life and you are having to be strong for your family. You need time for yourself to heal, they say time heals all wounds and it's going to take a lot of time. I hope you have someone to confide in or open up to, you need to let these feelings out and not try and bottle these feelings up. I am not Catholic and I don't know much about confession, but I do know that there is something cleansing about verbally releasing what is on your mind and not just to sit there and let your thoughts drive you crazy. I hope and pray that your families healing is already a work in progress, God bless..Phil
