I got one and we are using it in the cable office as an installer phone in line ,works ok,its free so far ,only thing I don,t like is the magic jac logo that pops up when you call in are start a call out.It gets in the way, I have another one I am going to use on my lap top when I travel,I have done that before.Be sure to follow instructions on maximizeing the phone it will clear up the sound.Good luck Chuck
