They may have noticed that nobody will continue to have their checks adjusted.
And then there are the lawsuits. They have discovered that the more employees they have, the more problems they have. It is like the row boat operating without profit. First they form a committee to get profitable. Then they fire the helmsman because he isn't doing squat. Then they cut the pay of the rowers to break even for the sponsors. Then they decide to ahve a hiring freeze so they will not piss away what cash they have left.
In the end nothing happens.
Someone else will fill the gap.
Sadly, DTV has let this crap go on too long to deny they knew what MASTEC was up to.
