These questions are starting to get ridiculous. The mindset of how much a certain job pays, in any geographical area needs to be changed. First, read the fine print of the SOW
(scope of work). Determine what materials you need to provide along with any other expenses. Than go look at a few buildings to be wired. You figure out how much time it will take you to complete the work within the SOW. Account for your time and expenses based on an hourly rate you need to see in order to make a profit. This will give you a basic idea to work out the details, or wave good-bye saying thanks but no thanks.
