Just go to your local Napa and buy fiberglass sealer I have to use it all the time to reseal my fully insulated booms..
it comes in clear and and you mix it with hardner and If you want color by a 1oz bottle of pigment of your favorite shade.
wet sand the sharp places were there are splinters.. streach it out full length over some sawbucks, but you have to work fast,
the sealer properly mixed will set-up and harden in about 10 minutes... 24 hours cure time and you can slide your bare ass down it with no itch
