and...since we are bitchin..i work for comcast as a contractor in atl....these "installers as they call their selves" suckkkkkkkkk loose connectors drop trust passing just very unprofesional job all the way around!!!! i now know why matinence techs hate installers...its 2008 get right or go work at mcdonalds idiots!!!!!!!!!!!
