Maybe it would be different if the changes to work load were not knee jerk changes that seem to happen on a whim but were laid out black and white like going in. Also, some contractors out there have a bad habit of forgetting who it is that is keeping there glad handed fat asses propped up. Communicate with your employees and make the cable corp give as much as they take...
