Re: felony convictions

When you run a background check, there are usually 2 options 7 and 10 year. The only check I can think of that is from birth to present is a NCIC check usually only available to the Government and their contractors. I had a tech work for me in Alabama that I know had a 22 year old felony and never had any problems w/background checks.
