with people like this in the country advocating rights of people WHO ARE NOT CITIZENS we may as well just lay down and give it to the illegals. Even the judges are on their side. I sure would like to know what happened to the law requiring citizenship to have rights in this country. Even foreign combatants are being given rights as civilians when they are POW.....clearly a difference when we are at war with them.
