Re: felony convictions


It really depends on the company, I know some HSP's say not hirable on any felony, and then some DNSC subs don't even do background checks. Not sure with Cable, I think it would depend on the company, and the type of felony, if it is theft/rape/assault/manslaughter i'd say your SOL, if its for writing a bad check or something less sever, then i would suggest talking to the sub or HR Department and letting them know exactly what happend, and don't hide anything. Just my advice.
