Having worked in Alaska for many years, this is not a route I would take. Most of the ingress, egress problems I faced that were caused by housing to housings were because they were not tight. It is quick and simple to tighten one. Housing to housings will never suck out but that cable with 2 pin connectors has a greater chance of that. On top of that 80 percent of noise that we found was caused by drops. It also doesn't look as neat as a housing to housing. I don't think and loops where the cable is bent in a 180 looks clean whether it is folks avoiding 90's or 180's or not. Just my penny. We didn't work with -50c but did with -45 to -60 f.....a little colder.
