what amount of money are you willing to invest to get the ball rolling and to maintain operations? Just about all these guys know exactly how the system works. So, why would you discount what they are saying based simply on your unwillingness to hear that doing just disconnects is no way to earn a living? Anyway forget the cable biz, if you have 10,000 to 20,000 to invest why not trade paper? Hell, 1 contract for 50,000 barrels of oil can make you 200,000 to 500,000 without all the biz crap that cable offers.
