Re: Disconnect Contract

JCable23, it sounds like you have it all worked out then. My advice to you is, read your contract! Be ready to pay Workmen’s Comp, Liability insurance, Commercial vehicle insurance, Franchise Tax, state tax, self employment oh and every other BS the government will want you to pay. It is a proven fact that you will not make it, no matter how small MSO is by just doing Disco’s. You have to always have a back up plan or work.
It might work right now, but remember Discos is considered an expense to a MSO. So when October hits and the work slows down to a crawl and they have blown the yearly budget. Guess who does all the expense work? In-house does… They will pay few of there guys $12 an hour or less and save money and keep them working and the contractors will get cut, or starved out. I know this might sound crazy to you, but you have only been in the “BIZ” for a couple of weeks… This is a yearly trend…
Ya might want to take some of the advice that the big brothers hand down… Although they sound rough about it, it still is sound advice with many, many, many years of experience.
