The problem with a guy with a whopping 3 weeks expierence is just that; the MSO will tell you everything you may want to hear, which believe me is a load of **** so tall you will have to use an elevator to get to the top. You have no idea of what you are doing, this is part of the problem, start working with an expierenced contractor and learn the ropes before you jump in. This is why the industry is where it is at, too many in-expierenced kids getting into the this business because they heardof the "fast- good money" and the MSO's are looking for those that don't have a clue to get you at dirt cheap prices and a contract that only your laywer will understand...Why do you request any advice if you aren't willing to take it and run as fast as you can??? Did you not learn anything in college? I hope you at least learned to listen. Just trying to save you alot of heart-ache this field will bring you to. I have seen grown men cry and too many divorces because of the cable industry these last few years.
