Work in Florida is fine and owners work with splicers and sweepers as long as the paper work is done like any other place you go. Ralf and Jim are good people to work for they don't pull any punches and will keep you going as long as the work is done right.
I also know that the owners are always looking to keep everyone working from splicers to sweepers. I know that they have the contract in CT for cable replacement and pole hits so they are always BZ.
