haven't gotten easement adjustment rates, under 450 ft, under 500 ft, and under 750 ft rates i do get - they are usually reffered to as set-up fees... as a sub i get $65 under 450 , $55 under 500, and $95 under 750... depends on the MSO as well as the prime doing work for
