I am new to this website and I have a question for people that have been in the business for a while. Me and a buddy were thinking about trying to pick up a contract for just disconnect/downgrades in our area. Weve never done anything like this before. We both have cable experience (me 3 weeks, him 5 years) and we are both fresh out of college. I was wondering if anyone had any advice to how we could go about doing this and and tips and pointers that I might not think about (liscencing, insurance, etc). I was also wondering what a contracting company might charge for a disconncet/dowgrade. I get paid $8 but I assume the company I work for gets closer to $20 per disconnect. I could be completley wrong though. If I could get any input it would be very helpful. Thanks guys
