No matter what the cable industry does regarding rates, if it's telephone service, it eventually goes over a telephone owned copper-fiber line/ microwave/ sat distribution. Cable will NEVER compete with phone companies just like phone can't compete with cable. "Can't we all just get along" The real loser is the laborer in the field that makes it all happen......
