My understanding is they are putting up a lot of they're stock for sale and AT&T is gobbling up as much as they can to try to get controling interest of TWC. I have also heard that the business side is breaking away from TWC. What do you believe? I wouldn't bet the farm just yet. Could be fact, could be BS.
