This will kill you. We have a police sub-station down town on 4th ave. A place that use to have more bars per capita than anywhere in the U.S. but not so now. It still is a place for inebriates and hookers hence the sub-station. Well outside this police hang out was a planter and someone got a novel idea and threw some pot seeds in the planter......yes you got it. Plants started to grow in the long summer sun light and they were there 2 months before some one finally noticed!! Ha. The whole city was laughing about the 12 inch plants at a police station.
