LSP!
Sounds good to me. That is what I ahve been doing. Once I get past "yeah I know you hve a maintenance contract but I am not DTV but can come fix your system tomorrow. Yes you pay me and no DTV wil not give you a credit."
They had LSPs. The were called various things but they lost money when DTV began the MSP BS. I am sure they will trust DTV again and come running back to the fold.
