Sounds like a good job for the youngster/installer types to cut there teeth on and want to learn the ropes and break into splicing. That would be the job to find an old Timer to trade training for a willing lad that's not afraid of work. Gotta'pay your dues. Could even possibly bypass the aerial const. end.. although I think everyone in the trade should be able to build plant. Just my 1 penny
