so I suppose working the figures backwards would make too much sense...it might mean no one would be able to work!
subs get FAIR wage
prime get FAIR wage + overhead
legitimate average $ for known expenses, including production bonuses
= MSO contract/ below these necessities MSO gets swinging in the wind
