I live here in Phoenix, and water is definitely the key. I keep a 40 gallon ice chest with about 20 bottles of water and chock full of ice on the truck. I refill the bottles each night. I just suck down bottles of water as much as I want, often two in a row. With the ice, they are so cold, it hurts my chest. GRRRR, I love it.
Also, with enough water, you get a good easy sweat going and the occasional breeze feels like air conditioning then.
