Re: backcharges, non paid workorders

I'm not so sure about backcharges, but as far as unpaid installs, place a lien on the house. The homeowner authorized the work, they can pay for it. If enough techs do that, DirecTV will start cleaning house. Getting on the 5 o'clock news for consumer complaints isn't something DirecTV wants to be going through.
