I remember an outfit in Phoenix, about 28 yrs ago, called themselves CableCops that were hiring whomever to go back to Chicago (Southside) to climb poles, tag and disconnect, whilst wearing a blue , cop type jacket! A buck an address, one whole dollah! They actually had several guys show up, apparently unfamiliar with climbin' much less the southside of Chicago! Times were pretty lean back then too!
