Pads are for periods or sissy’s. Why back in my day we climbed without pads and we scrubbed our shins with steal wool so that we could feel the pain and we were happy because back then we made enough money to be happy. But today the prices hurt so bad we need to find comfort anywhere we can so we all use them. LoL
