Where's the BEEF????????

From across the country I have traveled, drove from AZ to MD twice, drug my family, promised the world...and the job falls through...shoulda known.

Here's the deal, I am an experienced splicer with truck, tools, and will have insurance. I am tired of getting jerked around and now it is dealing with my family. Just give me maps(hopefully with as-builts), specs and parts. I am looking for underground or MDU, hopefully in MD or VA.
