the #1 fix that would make the most improvements across the board is to eliminate all the micro management !
#2 that goes hand in hand is to eliminate any and all that don't follow through on their word- pay,time frames (realistic),being grounded in the real world(absolutely necessary to have those in management be able to honestly comprehend what actually happens in the field).
#3 take care of 1 and 2 and 3 will automatically happen- quit low balling jobs and give real pay to those that bust their asses for it
