I've used them all and sold them all. I have Verizon. I use the 6800.....excellent phone and service. I think my service is $165 month. That is all inclusive.....internet, phone, text and picture messenging. If you don't need all of those features they have unlimited phone and text for $99. All of the cellular carriers have an unlimited plan.....so don't get sold by the phones.....the phones are only as good as the network that you are on. Verizon is the best in my opinion followed by ATT (Cingular)
