Yes that is true! That was before child molesters and criminals that cruised neighborhoods looking for the young and week. There was also no companies that intentionally kept us in the dark as they made dangerous products. The drivers test was not written in other languages while the street signs were posted in english and drivers were mostly courteous careful Americans. Back then life was for living not scheming to get what you want!
