I'd say, 90% of those in the biz, haven't "learned" a dang thing about "taking care of business" since they got into it! Most of the posters on this board, judging by their comments, have no "clue" as far as "running" a business much less "maintaining" a lucrative income to provide for their families! Unions are for "employees" (some are good some are not). Trade "associations" are for "tradesmen" Not "cutthroats"! I understand "desparation" but in this industry there was no need for "desparation" until the trade was passed on to "unqualified" "desparate" individuals! What you're dealing with now is pretty much "out" of your control! Sad! Later, Mike M.
